Property Maintenance

WFM Services offers maintenance services for residential and commercial premises. We specialise in electrics including Planning Preventive Maintenance, PAT, Emergency lighting test, landlord certificates, gas safe certificate. We also carry out general building repairs.

Refurbishment

WFM Services provide full refurbishment works, including bespoke carpentry, joinery, new and additional plumbing works, relocation of consume units, relocation of boiler, tiling, decorating, floor fitting, partition walls. We carry out the works at residential premises as well as commercial premises, including shopfitting, restaurants and offices.

WFM Services will provide you with qualified builders who have many years of experience and are regularly updated with current building regulations. We will liaise with you throughout your building project and will always make you aware of the ongoing project before making any changes. You can be as involved as you wish on the project and if you are not around our team can regularly liaise with you via phone calls and video calls to ensure you are kept updated and the project is not interrupted.
